| Abstract: | Full employment is the important routes of making people rich.Compared with developed country,the employment of the tertiary industry of our country develops slowly;the employment is lower in specific gravity.Supporting the tertiary industry to absorb the workforce,people's income level can be improved.So the government should issue the concrete policy and countermeasures. |
