中国草业发展研究报告

中国是一个草地资源非常丰富的国家,占世界第二位。但是,由于思想认识、体制等方面原因,中国草业发展缓慢,在国民经济所占的比重过小。通过大力发展草业,充分发挥草业的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益,对于生态环境治理保护、农业结构调整、农牧民脱贫致富,最终实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标具有重要而深远的意义。为此,建议政府从思想认识、体制改革、增加投入、支持草业企业等方面着手,推动我国草业的大发展。

Research on Development of Meadow Industry in China

China has very abundant resources of meadows, ranking second in the world. But, affected by thoughts and related system, meadow industry developed slowly and held a very small proportion in Chinese e-conomy. China should mass- develop meadows and get their economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits. It is important and significative for China to protect environment, adjust agricultral structure and richen farmers and herdsmen so as to realize its aim of roundly building a society of well-to-do level. So, advices are promoted for the government to go at the development of meadow industry.
