摘    要:实训教学是市场营销专业提升学生综合能力的关键环节,本文主要研究强化理论在市场营销专业实训教学中的应用。研究内容从强化理论入手,分析营销专业实训教学方式的优缺点,提出采用强化理论与项目实训相结合的教学方式促进实训效果的策略。

Abstract:Practice-training is the key of enhancing students" comprehensive ability for the marketing major, this paper mainly discusses the application of reinforcement theory in marketing major practice-training. Research content starts from reinforcement theory, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the marketing major practice-training and puts forward a strategy to promote practice-training effect by integrating practice-training with reinforcement theory.
