| 摘 要： | 编辑心理健康维护系统是一个多元化的支持与维护系统,编辑心理自助系统是其中的重要内容。在编辑日常的心理维护中,自助式的心理维护方式符合编辑安全和自尊的心理需求。应通过各种方式帮助编辑掌握心理自助资源,建立和发展良好的心理自助系统,提高心理自助能力,及时调整与适应编辑出版的业态变革发展给编辑心理所带来的影响。

| Abstract: | Editor＇s mental health maintenance system is a diversified support and maintenance system,of which psychological self-help system is the important content.In the daily maintenance of editor＇s psychology,the method of self-service psychological maintenance conforms to editor＇s safety and self-esteem psychological need.Through the various ways of psychological help,editors can master self-help resources,establish and develop good psychological self-help system,improve psychological self-help ability,adjust and adapt to the change of editing and publishing industrial development that influences editors＇ psychology. |
