The large amount of Fujian and Zhejiang private capital,which is a potential financial strength for the development of China’s financial markets had a significant impact.Currently,problems which has plagued Fujian and Zhejiang private capital development mainly manifest in the flow of private capital lack ing proper guidance and standardized management,the lack of fair treatment and equal opportunities in market access.Fujian and Zhejiang should support and attract private capital circumvent into the traditional financial sector,to encourage access to consumer finance,financial sector and the emerging field of micro-finance,and to guide them to establish peripheric financial services institutions to further promote them to participate in the innovation and development in China’s financial industry.
