对社会公平的重新审视

体制转轨时期,考虑到经济落后的实际以及国际竞争的需要,中国实行了效率优先,兼顾公平的分配政策,但现实生活中有些人片面强调效率和公平的矛盾,有些人借＂优先＂和＂兼顾＂之差异,有意无意地贬低、轻视社会公平和社会公正,单纯为一切聚敛财富的过程辩护,这不符合改革的精神,也不符合邓小平共同富裕的理论.在社会主义制度下,效率和公平可以统一,公平是提高效率的动力.同时,社会公平也是执政党保持先进性的内在要求,是解决各种社会问题的根本途径,实现社会公平的条件已经成熟,在此基础上,要求对社会公平进行重新审视和定位.

A Fresh Examination of Social Justice

During transformation of the system, the distribution policies about the priority of efficiency over fairness have put into practice in China, in view of the behindhand economy and international competition. But in actual life, someone excessively emphasizes the conflict between efficiency and fairness, and ignores the social fairness and equity, their view departures both from the spirits of transformation and Deng Xiaoping's theory of the common wealth. In socialistic institution, fairness is consistent with efficiency, and gives an impetus to efficiency. And the same time, social fairness itself is required to maintain Party's advancement, and it is the ultimate approach to the various social problems. It is just time to realize social fairness, we must review social fairness and put it in the proper place.
