| Abstract: | Based on the current situation and problems of the development in most real estate management enterprisers, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges to which real estate management face presently, and puts forward the survival and developing strategies on enforcing its actual capacity, adapting to the current situation, and facing to the competition. |
