| 摘 要： | 石油企业走出国门进行海外投资贸易,是解决我国国内油气资源供求矛盾的必然选择,也是维护和保障我国石油安全乃至国家经济安全的必由之路。中国石油企业在海外投资贸易中面临着政治、经济、文化等一系列国别风险。国别风险会造成企业利润减少、财产损失或人员伤亡,甚至无法继续经营。防范和规避国别风险,除了政府为企业提供良好的投资环境之外,企业应在投资前做好风险评估,在投资中选择适当的投资策略,在风险发生后及时采取补救措施。
