| Abstract: | The influence of the decisions of the government department is great and far - reaching to the society and the public. To set up and perfect executive decision system of our country, first of all, we must set up and perfect responsibility mechanism, supervision mechanism, legal mechanism and technological mechanism. In four mechanisms, the responsibility mechanism is a key, the supervision mechanism is a core, the legal mechanism is the guarantee ,the technological mechanism is supplementing. |
