| 摘 要： | 文章分析了河北省农居点的现状，对各个地区的农居点整理潜力进行了评价；分析了农居点整理的影响因素，对农居点的类型进行了划分，针对不同的农居点类型提出了相应的整理模式。最后提出在农村建立土地储备制度，挖掘农居点的内部潜力，同时对其组织方式、融资渠道、运作模式进行了深入的分析。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the present situation of rural residential area lands was analyzed, and Land consolidation capability in different regions was evaluated. The influencing factors of consolidation were analyzed, and the styles of rural residential area were divided. At the same time, the consolidation mode was put forward according to different styles of rural residential area. Land banking should be constructed in village. At last, the organization form, financing channels and mode of operation about land banking were deeply analyzed. |
