| 摘 要： | 本剖析我国建筑业发展的现状，分析建筑企业经济效益普遍下滑，甚至亏损状况日趋严重，严重制约国家和地方经济发展，导致建筑业在整个国民经济中的主导地位已渐渐低落的问题，面对“十五”计划和2010年远景目标及国家实行西部大开发的巨大发展机遇和挑战，如何振兴我国建筑业，兴盛建筑企业，促进行业健康发展，本进行了深入分析，探讨、提出若干建议和对策。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the existing issue of profit decreasing faced by most construction enterprises is introduced. It has caused construction industry the loss of the leading position in the whole national economy little by little. Faced the great challenge and opportunity brought out by 10th five yeas plan, target in 2001 and west development, some proposals to perk up construction industry and construction enterprises, promoting the healthy development of construction industry are given in this paper. |
