| 摘 要： | 产权是与所有权分离的经济权利集合,是一个历史范畴。目前,产权理论研究存在若干误区。这些误区在一些方面误导了我国的企业产权制度改革。国有企业需要通过对产权中各项经济权利的合理配置,建立有效的产权制度;民营企业则需要从古典产权制度向现代产权制度转变。

| Abstract: | Property right is a historic category and economic right assembling of property right separating from ounership.At present,there are a few mistakes of studying property theory,which misteads the reform of property system of our enterphises in some aspects.State-awned should a build an effective the system of property right through rational distribution of all economic rights of property right.Nonpublic enterprises should transform from ancient system of property right into modern system of property right. |
