加入WTO后河北省高等教育人才培养的对策

加入WTO后，给河北高等教育带来了机遇和挑战。为了迎接挑战，河北高等教育应加强优秀人才高地建设，培养适应经济国际化的新型人才；办出学科特色，提高国际竞争能力；以提高学生培养质量为本，创造个性发展环境；加强对外交流与合作，促进河北高等教育的国际化。

Strategies of Professional Training in Higher Education of Hebei Province after China's Entry into WTO

China's entry into WTO brings Hebei Province both opportunities and challenges. To meet the challenges much effort should be made to improve the higher education of the province to train more professionals qualified to work in the new situation of globalized economy; adjustment should also be made to give prominence to the characteristics of spe-cialities so as to boost the students' intemational competitive competence and on the basis of this to create an entirely new situation in which the students' personality can be fully developed; measures should be taken to quicken the steps of cultural exchange and cooperation with other countries in order to promote the internationalization of Hebei higher education.
