地方财政社会保障支出的就业效应——基于空间面板模型的实证研究

新时代背景下,社会保障与就业之间的相互联系更加紧密,也成为我国实现民生保障目标、提高全民生活幸福指数的重点关注对象。文章利用2008-2017年的相关数据,研究社会保障与就业之间的作用机理,选择空间面板数据模型对社会保障与就业之间的相关关系展开实证检验。研究结果表明:各省份就业之间存在显著的空间相关性;各省份社会保障与就业之间存在显著的正向作用关系。文章旨在建议加强社会保障体系建设和拓展社会保障覆盖面,从而促进就业质量和数量的发展,充分保障就业目标的实现,使社会保障与就业之间产生良性的互动互促关系。

The Employment Effect of Local Government Expenditure on Social Security:An Empirical Research Based on Space Panel Model

Under the background of the new era,the interrelation between social security and employment has become closer,and has become the focus of China s efforts to achieve the goal of people s livelihood security and improve the well-being index of the whole people.This paper uses the related data from 2008 to 2017 to study the mechanism between so cial security and employment,and selects the spatial panel data model to carry out an empirical test on the correlation be tween social security and employment.The results show that there is a significant spatial correlation between the employ ment of each province;there is a significant positive correlation between the social security and employment of each prov ince.This paper proposes to strengthen the construction of social security system and expand the coverage of social securi ty,so as to promote the development of the quality and quantity of employment and the realization of the goal of full em ployment,and to create a benign interactive relationship between social security and employment.
