摘    要:在管理学研究中,过度自信作为CEO的一种心理偏差,其定义和表现形式已较为明确,但是学者们对CEO过度自信的前因和影响还各有说法,测量指标也存在不足之处。通过梳理现有文献,文章首先归纳了CEO过度自信的定义和表现形式,其次总结了CEO过度自信的成因与影响,最后列举了CEO过度自信的测量指标,并对它们进行了评析。据此从前因、影响、测量指标三个角度出发对CEO过度自信的未来研究进行了展望,以期为今后研究提供借鉴。

Abstract:In management literature,overconfidence is a kind of psychological bias of CEO.Its definition and components are relatively clear,but scholars have different opinions on the causes and effects of CEO overconfidence,and its measurement indicators also have some shortcomings.By reviewing the existing literature,this paper first summarizes the definition and components of CEO overconfidence,then summarizes the causes and effects of CEO overconfidence,and then lists the five types of CEO overconfidence measurement indicators and gives some comments on them.Finally,from the perspective of causes,effects and measurements,we propose some prospects for future research in order to provide some references for future researches.
