城镇化、基础设施投资与城乡收入差距——基于省级面板数据的实证分析

在城镇化的推进过程中,偏向性的基础设施投资影响着城乡收入差距的变化。文章基于城镇化、基础设施投资驱动城乡居民收入差距变化的作用机制,构建面板向量自回归模型捕捉城镇化、基础设施投资以及城乡收入差距的动态影响关系。研究结果发现:我国城乡收入差距的扩大趋势在减弱,城镇化仅能在短期内缩小城乡收入差距,而基础设施投资对抑制城乡收入差距扩大有长期作用;东部地区的城乡收入差距主要受经济惯性影响,中部地区的城镇化建设受收入差距抑制效果显著,而西部地区的城镇化建设能有效地缩小城乡收入差距。据此,文章认为城镇化与基础设施双建设能够协调城乡资源配置,减小城乡差距,以城乡融合发展实现乡村振兴的伟大战略。

Urbanization,Infrastructure Investment and Urban-Rural Income Gap:An Empirical Analysis Based on Provincial Panel Data

In the process of urbanization,biased infrastructure investment affects the change in urban-rural income gap.Based on the mechanism of urbanization and infrastructure investment driving the income gap between urban and rural residents,a panel vector autoregressive model was constructed to capture the dynamic influence relationship between urbanization,infrastructure investment and urban-rural income gap.The research results show that the expansion trend of China’s urban-rural income gap is weakening.Urbanization can only narrow the urban-rural income gap in a short period of time,while infrastructure investment has a long-term effect on inhibiting the widening of urban-rural income gap.The urban-rural income gap in the eastern region is mainly affected by economic inertia.The urbanization construction in the central region is significantly inhibited by the income gap,while the urbanization in the western region can effectively narrow the urban-rural income gap.Based on this,the paper believes that urbanization and infrastructure construction can coordinate urban and rural resource allocation,reduce urban-rural gap,and realize the great strategy of rural revitalization with urban-rural integration.
