企业微创新与竞争优势关系研究——基于浙江中小企业的实证分析

文章基于动态能力理论,分别探究了模仿式微创新和自主式微创新对企业竞争优势的影响及内在机理,并验证了市场导向的调节作用。因浙江省中小企业的占比较高,企业微创新的内生动力较强,文章以浙江省11个地市的219家中小型企业为样本进行实证研究。结果表明:模仿式微创新与自主式微创新均对企业竞争优势有显著的正向作用;动态能力分别在模仿式微创新和自主式微创新对竞争优势的影响中起中介效应;市场导向对模仿式微创新与动态能力间关系起到显著的调节作用,对自主式微创新与动态能力间关系也起到正向的调节作用。研究结论丰富了企业创新的相关理论成果,为我国企业的创新驱动发展提供了策略性建议。

Research on the Relationship Between Micro-innovation and Competitive Advantage of Enterprises:An Empirical Analysis of SME in Zhejiang Province

Based on the dynamic capability theory,this study respectively explores the influence and internal mechanism of imitative micro-innovation and independent micro-innovation on enterprises’ competitive advantage,and tests the regulation effect of market orientation.As the small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) account for a relatively high proportion in Zhejiang province,and the endogenous power of micro-innovation in the enterprises here is strong,we surveyed 219 SMEs in 11 cities in Zhejiang province.The results show that both imitation and independent micro-innovation have significant positive effects on enterprise competitive advantage;dynamic ability plays an intermediary role in the influence of imitative micro-innovation or independent micro-innovation on competitive advantage;market orientation plays a significant role in regulating the relationship between imitative micro-innovation and dynamic ability,it also plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between independent micro-innovation and dynamic ability.This study enriches the relevant theoretical achievements of enterprise innovation and provides strategic suggestions for the innovation-driven development of Chinese enterprises.
