“一带一路”国家贸易便利化对中国外贸的影响

加强贸易合作,促进贸易便利化,是"一带一路"倡议的重点内容。分析"一带一路"沿线各国的贸易便利化水平对我国外贸的影响,可以有针对性地促进我国与沿线国家间贸易提供依据。文章利用贸易便利化水平评价指标体系测度了"一带一路"沿线各国(不包括中国)的贸易便利化水平,使用拓展的引力模型分析其对我国与这些国家贸易总额的影响。结果表明:总体来说,"一带一路"沿线各国的贸易便利化水平呈不便利;"一带一路"沿线各国的贸易便利化水平的提高对我国与该国的贸易总额具有促进作用。各国可以通过改善海关和制度环境、加强口岸设施和电子商务建设等措施提高贸易便利化水平,以加强与我国的贸易往来,促进国内经济增长;我国也应该加强与沿线国家的贸易磋商,实现共商共建共享。

The Influence of Trade Facilitation of Countries Along "the Belt and Road" on Chinese Foreign Trade

Strengthening trade cooperation and promoting trade facilitation is the key content of"the Belt and Road"initia-tive.Analyzing the influence of trade facilitation level of countries along the Belt and Road on Chinese foreign trade canprovide a basis for promoting trade between China and countries along the Belt and Road.The evaluation index system oftrade facilitation level is constructed to measure the countries’trade facilitation level(excluding China),and the influenceof trade facilitation level on the total trade volume between China and other countries is analyzed based on the expandedgravity model.The results show that the countries’trade facilitation level is generally not convenient;the level of trade fa-cilitation of all countries along the Belt and Road has a positive effect on China’s total trade volume with that country.Countries along the Belt and Road can enhance trade facilitation level by improving the environment of customs and sys-tem,strengthening the construction of port infrastructure and e-commerce,and so on,to enhance trade exchanges withChina and promote domestic economic growth.China should also further promote trade discussion with these countries toachieve extensive consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits.
