人力资本与制造业出口结构高级化水平

文章采用空间向量夹角构造制造业出口结构高级化指标,基于2004-2017年省际面板数据分析人力资本对其影响,并分析技术创新的中介效应。中介效应模型显示:人力资本能够显著促进制造业出口结构高级化水平的提升,且存在以技术创新为中介变量的中介效用;异质性人力资本对制造业出口结构高级化水平作用效果不同,其中初级人力资本通过抑制技术创新对制造业出口结构高级化产生抑制作用;中级、高级人力资本通过正向作用于技术创新对制造业出口结构高级化水平起到促进作用。

Human Capital and Export Structure Upgrading of Manufacturing

This paper uses the spatial vector angle to construct the export structure upgrading index of manufacturing.Based on the inter-provincial panel data from 2004 to 2017,this paper analyzes the influence of human capital on it,and analyzes the intermediary effect of technological innovation.The mediating effect model shows that human capital can significantly promote the level of export structure upgrade of manufacturing,and there is mediating utility with technological innovation as the mediating variable.Heterogeneous human capital on export structure upgrading effect is different:by inhibiting technology innovation,the primary human capital has inhibitory effect on the level of manufacturing export structure upgrading;through the positive effect on technology innovation,intermediate and advanced human capital promotes the level of manufacturing export structure upgrading.
