水闸底流消能设计的若干问题

摘    要:该文在指出水闸水力学特性的基础上,对水闸过流能力计算,消力池和海漫主要功能的界定和相应设计要求,现行规范推荐水跃方程的假设基础,平底水跃第二共轭水深合理计算方法,在强透水地基上挡水建筑物渗流控制设计的主要原则,以及强透水地基上反滤排水孔的布置和设计等问题,进行了分析并提出采用的建议;亦指出为保证实现设计意图,工程设计和施工必须注意的一些问题,供规范修编和工程建设参考。

Abstract:On the basis of the hydrodynamics features of sluice, some problems have been analyzed and countermeasures have been also put forward, such as the calculation of conveyance capacity, definition of the main function of stilling basin and apron and corresponding design demands, the assumption basis of hydraulic jump equation recommended by current standard, flat-bottom hydraulic jump calculation method, the main design principles of seepage control of water-retaining structures, and the layout and design of reverse-filtering drainage hole on the serious water permeability foundation, etc. In the mean time, in order to ensure the design purpose, some problems that should be paid attention to are also proposed, which can be provided as references for standard amendment and project construction.
