| 摘 要： | 分层次教育下的"马太效应"影响学生健全人格的塑造、心理健康的发展,带来严重的两极分化现象,有悖教育公平的实现。以航空体育教学为切入点,揭示分层次教学对学生和学科适应带来的影响,并提出了相关应对策略。
