我国农村社区服务满意度研究——基于山东省诸城市“多村一社区”服务项目的实证分析

随着我国现代化和城市化进程的加快,社区服务逐渐在我国兴起并快速发展起来。此文在抽样调查的基础上,对山东省诸城市"多村一社区"服务项目的实施情况以及公民的满意度进行了微观的实证分析。研究发现,农村居民对村庄改革后形成的"多村一社区"提供的服务项目是较为满意的,并且社区综合服务中心的建立在居民心中的重要性程度,与他们的受教育水平的关联度较小,与社区综合服务中心的便利程度和居民年收入水平这两个因素有较大的相关性。研究还表明,我国在社区服务提供方面,仍然存在着福利设施的可及性较低,供给不均衡,志愿性服务和专业化服务比较缺乏,服务项目较少且水平较低以及社区服务的管理体制不健全等的问题,因此,完善社区服务体系的任务十分紧迫而重要。
