| 摘 要： | 本文首先论证了企业年金在人力资源管理中的作用：企业的撒手锏和员工的金手铐；然后通过对五个地区的500家不同类型企业的调查问卷进行分析，得出我国企业对企业年金的认知现状；最后，根据我国的实际情况，给出了我国企业年金具有可操作性的推行策略。
