| Abstract: | This paper proposes the functions and relational model of government, enterprise, university, research institute, or market in the technological innovation chain based on collaboration of industry, university and research institute, by analyzing the major elements in technological innovation chain based on the Industry-University-Research Institute Collaboration. Then this paper makes further analyses on the defects in this aspect in China and applies relative countermeasures and suggestions. |
