英国QAA标准化教育质量管理的运行机制及其借鉴意义

文章基于英国高等教育质量保障局（QAA）标准化质量管理的运行机制，从经济学的角度对其在英国高等教育体系中发挥的建立资源配置竞争秩序和提供资源开发导向、协调高等教育供求关系以及强化高校内部微观管理等方面的作用进行了分析，并简要阐述了其对我国提高高等教育质量的启示与借鉴意义。

Analysis on QAA Operation System of Standardized Quality Management and Its Illumination

On the basis of the operation mechanism of standardized quality management of QAA in British higher education system, this thesis gives order building-up for resource allocation a detailed analysis on the parts QAA plays in aspects of competition and development, multi-lateral coordination between demand and supply of higher education service, and enhancement to internal micro-management of higher education institutions, and a brief explanation to its enlightenment and illumination to improve higher education quality of our nation.
