中小型企业虚拟化经营研究

改革开放以来，中小企业已成为我国国民经济最活跃的经济细胞和国民经济增长的内在动力之一。如何使中小企业做大做强，成为经济界学者研究的重要课题。文章认为，虚拟企业作为一种新的组织方式，以灵活性、适应性、互补性、经济性成为知识经济时代企业组织的新范式。中小企业要树立新型经营观念，着力培育自身的核心竞争能力，建设高效信息系统，培养新型学习型人才，通过虚拟经营的组织方式使中小企业在开放经济条件下做大做强。
