| Abstract: | How to prevent the non - commercial risks in oversea investment has become an important study subject in international investment. In this text. the current situation and the intrinsic limitations of our private enterprises are analyzed. Two methods of assessments about non - commercial risks are probed, and several precaution tactics aiming at the private enterprises are presented. |
