基于020电商模式的网络商城风险管理研究

目前,电子商务在我国正高速的应用和发展,电子商务软件系统开发的需求越来越多,系统也变得更加复杂。国内外相关企业建立电子商务项目的同时,也承担了由于风险管理领域还没有形成系统的理论体系和实际可操作的风险管理模式而带来的风险。本文的主要目的是通过对O2O电商模式的网络商城的全面分析,重点利用风险的评估方法全面分析、总结和提出了对O2O电子商务项目中风险管理的一些经验和建议。

Research on Risk Management of Online Malls Based on O2O E-Commerce Model

At present,E-commerce is being applied and developed at a high speed in our country.The demand for E-commerce software system development is increasing,and the system is becoming more and more complex.While establishing e-commerce projects,domestic and foreign enterprises are also bearing the risks brought by the lack of systematic theoretical system and practical operational risk management mode in the field of risk management.The main purpose of this paper is to summarize some experience and put forward some suggestions on risk management of O2O E-commerce project through a comprehensive analysis of O2O E-commerce model,with a focus on the analysis of risk assessment methods.
