静电纺丝在生物医用材料领域的应用综述

摘    要:本文简单介绍了静电纺丝技术的原理以及发展历史。从药物运输、组织工程、伤口敷料、固定生物酶、抗菌膜方面综述了静电纺丝纳米纤维在生物医用材料领域的应用。静电纺丝技术是一种简单高效、经济便捷的制备新型纳米纤维的技术。近年来静电纺丝纤维在生物医药料中的应用愈加广泛。静电纺丝技术已成为制备生物医用材料最广泛的技术之一。

Abstract:This article briefly introduces the principle and development history of electrostatic spinning technology.The application of electrostatic spinning nanofibers in the field of biomedical materials was reviewed from the aspects of drug transportation,tissue engineering,wound dressings,immobilized biological enzymes,and antibacterial membranes.Electrostatic spinning technology is a simple,efficient,economical and convenient technology for preparing new nanofibers.In recent years,the application of electrostatic spinning fibers in biomedical materials has become more widespread.Electrostatic spinning technology has become one of the most extensive technologies for preparing biomedical materials.
