论中小微企业融资困境及对策

中小微企业在国民经济中扮演着愈加重要的角色,其在推进经济增长、促进就业和维持社会稳定等多方面具有重要作用。然而,中小微企业普遍存在的融资难问题始终阻碍其稳定发展。与大型企业相比,中小微企业融资具有规模小、频率高、风险大、需求波动大的鲜明特点。近年来我国融资环境虽有所改善,但中小微企业仍面临着融资门槛高、融资成本高、融资方法单一等问题。解决中小微企业的融资困境需要多方主体共同努力:企业自身应探索供应链金融渠道,金融机构应积极向数字金融转型,政府应构建融资性可回购交易市场这一新型融资渠道,政府应该加大对中小企业的扶持力度。

Discussion on Financing Dilemma and Countermeasures of Small and Micro Enterprises

Small and micro enterprises play a greater role in national economy,which are important to promote economic growth and employment,as well as maintain social stability.However,the financing difficulties always hinder their development.Compared with large enterprises,small and micro enterprises have their distinct financing characteristics,such as small financing scale,high frequency,high risk and large demand fluctuation.China’s financing environment has been improved in recent years,but small and micro enterprises are still facing many financing problems,such as high financing threshold,high financing cost and insufficient financing channels.Small and micro enterprises,financing institutions and government must work together to solve financing difficulties,for example,small and micro enterprises should explore other financing channels like supply chain finance,financing institutions should make full use of digital finance.Government should try establishing government-oriented financing repurchase market and strengthening policy support for small and micro enterprises.
