| 摘 要： | 本文以辽宁14个城市196家本土物流企业的问卷调查为基础,运用基于PLS的结构方程模型验证了中国本土物流企业自主创新能力的影响因素。实证研究发现,区域外资物流业发达程度、企业规模、企业学习能力和人力资源质量对物流企业自主创新能力存在显著的正向影响,而区域经济水平、区域交通便利、区域科技水平以及企业市场导向对物流企业自主创新能力的影响不显著。
