| 摘 要： | 本文以万达订单商业地产为背景,从交换网络理论角度对战略联盟网络的建构与运行机制及其对企业成长的影响进行了案例研究。研究发现,万达战略联盟网络的构建与运行过程就是联盟网络中各个联盟关系相互影响、相互作用的过程;联盟网络中各个联盟关系之间的积极与消极网络连接为整个战略联盟网络的运行提供了一种内在的稳定机制与自我强化功能;联盟网络的构建与运行过程对万达的企业成长起到了积极的作用。本文进一步拓展了研究发现的理论意涵,并提出了相应的管理建议。
