| 摘 要： | 本文将技术转移置于区域创新系统内,构建面向西部技术转移系统全面测度技术转移绩效,运用Malmquist指数进行技术转移绩效测度,西部11个省市区的技术转移面板数据进行处理,从技术进步和技术效率两个方面实现对西部技术转移绩效动态分析,最后根据分析得出相关结论并给出了政策建议。
