| 摘 要： | 企业在IT外包过程中存在着成本过高、服务质量低下、缺乏控制性和灵活性等诸多问题,企业内外部环境变化会给企业带来新的机会,这些都促使越来越多的企业开始关注IT回包。本文在广泛搜集和分析近几年国内外出现的回包案例的基础上,对IT回包的驱动因素进行系统提炼和详细分析,并进一步提出建议,以期为企业实施IT决策提供借鉴和理论上的参考。
