| 摘 要： | 学术界一直将组织学习视为提升组织适应能力的重要手段,却忽视了伴随组织学习的另一适应方式——组织遗忘(OF)的重要性。目前有关OF的研究相对分散,对其文献进行系统梳理显得十分必要。鉴于此,本文从自然属性和社会属性两方面对OF研究进行全面回顾,在剖析其内涵、类型、模式以及与其他领域研究关系基础上,对OF未来研究提出前瞻性建议。
