摘    要:本文根据全面提高高职毕业生的综合素质及实践能力的精神,在借鉴国外先进教学理念的基础上,构建了高职绿色食品加工与管理专业实践教学改革方案及实验室和实习基地建设方案,并在如何正确处理理论教学和实践教学的关系方面提出了一些见解。

Abstract:According to the requirement of higher vocational education and the advanced teaching ideas of foreign countries, this paper builds a teaching system for the students specializing in Green Food Process and management. The system involves in practical reform, labs and practice base. The paper also discusses the relationship between theoretical teaching and practical teaching.
