论人的一般行为规律

以马克思对“人的行为的根本制约性问题”的有关论述为理论基础，通过对人的行为的一般规律做进一步的理论开拓，力争在这个问题的理论逻辑范围内，最大限度地解决这个问题。从分析人的需要、人的个体性及其与人的行为的根本关系入手，继而引出个人需要转化为个人利益、(个人)精神利益的辩证性质，行为动机与行为客观性质的复杂关系三大论题，为行为定势的形成过程及其机制这一论题奠定理论基础，最后总结归纳出人的行为最一般、基础的规律及其根本意义。

On the General Law of Behavior of Man

This paper will first analyze wants and individuality of man,and the fundamental relationship between man's wants and behavior.From the above analysis,come out three propositions:individual needs transform into individual benefits,the dialectical nature of spiritual benefits of individual,the sophisticated relation between behavior motivation and the objective nature of behavior,providing a theoretical basis for the proposition--the forming process of preferred behavior and its mechanism.Finally,the general,basic law of man's behavior and its fundamental meaning have been concluded.
