摘    要:随着当代世界经济一体化趋势的不断加深,日益开放的中国吸引了众多的跨国公司前来投资设厂,越来越多的跨国公司纷纷加入抢滩中国市场的行列,显然跨国公司之间的竞争也日趋激烈。跨国公司管理者也逐渐意识到本土化管理人才对其开拓中国市场起到至关重要的作用,因而如何吸引和留住能够胜任在华经营管理业务的本土化管理人才成为摆在它们面前的一大挑战。本文将重点针对在华跨国公司如何吸引和留住能够胜任的管理类人才这一话题开展论述。
