信息化已成为我国的国家战略,建筑施工企业的信息化已成为决定其市场核心竞争能力的重要因素。近年来,全国建筑施工企业信息化方兴未艾,但信息化失败的概率却居高不下。本文从建筑施工企业信息化问题入手,分析了我国建筑施工企业信息化的市场需求及其特点,从企业的信息化文化、领导的信息化观念、企业的信息化难点、信息化步骤等方面全面分析了如何成功地实施的企业信息化建设,并提出了实施信息化需要加快行业信息化标准的建设及发展专业的信息化咨询服务等对策。

Research on the Informationization in Construction Enterprises

Informationization has become national strategy in China. Informationization of construction enterprises has been a key role in building core competence of a company. Although there are many construction enterprises try to make computers aid pro-jects management, the failure rate is very high. Focusing on the reason of failure, the study shows that organization culture,the CEO's point of view, risk management and consultancy on informationization are of great influence in the informationization of construction enterprises. The paper ends up with finding suitable countermeasures on the informationization of construction enter-prises.
