| 摘 要： | 在生产商与零售商建立销售协议，假设需求呈线性下降，生产率恒定的情况下，建立了整合生产-库存模型。模型通过对订货批量的优化，从而达到减少双方整合总相关成本的目的，实现对库存的协调管理。通过二维搜索算法进行了算例分析，并将优化总相关成本与各自独立决策时的总相关成本进行了比较。

| Abstract: | The paper formulates a vendor-buyer integrated production-inventory model under the condition that the manufacturer and the buyer have made a distribution contract by assuming a decreasing linear trend in demand and constant productivity and makes a numeral analysis by planar search arithmetic. |
