| Abstract: | The dispute between 360 and QQ has become a classic case of the Internet.Economics assumes that all behaviors are the results of individuals' pursuing of maximum profit.In order to protect their own benefits,the two enterprises,Tencent and Qihoo,have sufficient incentives to resort to unfair means under lawlessness and regulation failure of the Internet.But in the eye of an outsider,it may be a better way to settle the conflict of interests through consulting with each other. |
