| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济体制确立后，我国在合同行政监督管理问题上出现明显弱化的势头，以至于近几年来国有资产大量流失，市场交易秩序混乱。本文作者从我国坚持并加强合同行政监督管理的必要性；工商行政管理机关是我国对合同进行监督管理的主管机关；工商行政管理机关监督合同的方法及范围等三个角度论述了在我国必须坚持并加强工商行政管理机关对合同的监督管理，以期引起法学理论研究、立法工作及司法实践的重视，促进社会主义市场经济的有序运行和健康发展
