| Abstract: | This paper elaborates the cyclic economy and three basic principles of cyclic economy, demonstrates the differences between the cyclic economy and traditional economy and important role of standardization in implementing recycling economy. The authors put forward some proposals and countermeasures for pushing forward implementing of cyclic economy in China on the basis of reinforcing work on standardization, such as improving the system of laws and regulations, adopting international advanced standards, strengthening the work on the informatization and network and etc. |
