Analysis and Discussion on the Convergence of Tourism Demands in the Operation of Small and Medium-Sized Travel Agents

It has been a challenge for service enterprises to balance production efficiency and operation result. As tourism demands become more diversified, now the challenge is more serious for the small and medium-sized travel agents. In order to solve this contradiction, this article divides it into three smaller ones. Then the converging model of tourism demands is put forward . The model is based on information technology and guided by mutual benefit ideology. To fully exert this model, the use of ally of virtual enterprises is discussed at last.
