Abstract:As a friendly neighbor one of Vietnam is one belt,one road,and one of the important countries along the belt.In recent years,the opening up has been intensified,which has prompted more and more countries and regions to pour money into Vietnam,and it is also favored by our power enterprises.Although Vietnam and China have many similarities in terms of culture,social customs,national culture,lifestyle,and the construction of socialist market economy,under the rapidly developing society and economic environment,the life cycle of power construction projects is long,resulting in more uncertain factors in the management process,which makes enterprises pay more attention to the risk management of overseas power construction projects.Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP),this paper designs the risk assessment scheme and process of Vietnam coal-fired power plant BOT project,establishes the risk assessment AHP model and evaluation index system of Vietnam coal-fired power plant BOT project,divides the risk of Vietnam coal-fired power plant BOT project into 21 risk factors,such as the relationship between the two countries,terrorist events,policy impact,industry restructuring and financing risk,and calculates the risk factors based on the life cycle theory of project management,risk protection measures and suggestions are given.
