新疆城市可持续发展的综合评价

进入21世纪，我国城市化进程明显加快，城市发展面临前所未有的挑战。在“可持续发展”由理论到实践的过程中，一个亟待解决的中心问题就是对城市可持续发展的评价。本文从可持续发展的定义出发，按照科学性、弱相关性、可操作性等原则设计能反映经济、环境和社会协调发展现状的指标体系；针对新疆经济、环境和社会状况，利用新疆15个样本城市的相关统计资料，构建新疆城市可持续发展指标体系，并运用主成分分析方法对新疆城市可持续发展水平进行综合评价。

A Comprehensive Evaluation on Sustainable Development of Cities in Xinjiang

Entering the 21 st century, China＇ s urbanization rate clearly accelerated, and urban development is facing unprecedented challenges. In the process of applying ＂sustainable development＂ to practice, one of the central problems is the sustainable development appraisal of cities. From the definition of sustainable development, in accordance with the scientific nature, the weak correlation, operational principles of the design will reflect the economic, environment and social development status of the ~rget system; Xinjiang economic, environmental and social conditions, use of the existing municipal statistics, Xinjiang construction of urban sustainable development indicator system; choice of principal component analysis to the level of sustainable developmont for a comprehensive evaluation.
