| 摘 要： | 中央第五次西藏工作座谈会是新时期西藏发展的新的里程碑,以第五次西藏工作座谈会精神为统领,进一步加强那曲农牧区基层组织建设,对确保那曲地区的经济跨越式发展和社会局势长治久安具有十分重要的意义.就此,分析了那曲农牧区基层组织建设的现状,并加强农牧区基层组织建设提出了几点对策.
