| 摘 要： | 培训外包供应商是企业培训项目的主要实施者,直接影响着企业培训的效果,因此培训外包供应商的选择是企业培训外包决策过程的一个重要环节。本文剖析了影响企业培训外包供应商选择的主要因素,并将模糊数学理论引入决策过程,建立了培训外包供应商选择的模糊多属性决策模型,用三角模糊数来描述属性权重和评价值,并利用模糊TOPSIS方法对候选供应商进行排序。最后,通过实例说明了该模型的应用过程和有效性。

| Abstract: | The training service supplier,the head executive in training outsourcing project,affects directly the result of training execution to a great extent.Therefore,the selection of suppliers is an important step in the process of enterprises’ decision-making on training outsourcing.This paper gives the criteria of supplier selection,and establishes a fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making model by means of the fuzzy theory.And it uses the triangular fuzzy number to describe the fuzzy weight of attribute and the fuzzy attribute value,and ranks candidates by the fuzzy TOPSIS method.Finally,it shows the application and the effectiveness of this model by example. |
