一维SnO2纳米材料的可控合成及其纳米催化发光传感器的应用

摘    要:本文采用碳纳米管(CNT)为模板,通过液相沉积法可控合成了一维SnO2纳米材料:SnO2-CNT纳米复合材料、SnO2纳米棒,均匀规则的一维SnO2纳米棒仅仅通过改变煅烧SnO2-CNT纳米复合材料的反应温度获得。这两种一维纳米材料可以显著改善纳米表面气-固相催化发光性能,阐明了纳米材料的比表面积、结构与其催化发光的关系,建立了一种新型的一维SnO2纳米材料催化发光的乙醇传感器。

Abstract:A simple method for controllable fabrication of one-dimension SnO2 nanocomposites and SnO2 nanorods by carbon nanotube(CNT)-templated with liquid phase deposition has been proposed.SnO2-CNT nanocomposites were made of the CNT coated by a thin layer of SnO2 nanoparticles.Uniform and monodispersed crystalline SnO2 nanorod has been obtained by burning of SnO2-CNT nanocomposites.The controllable synthesis of one-dimension SnO2 nanomaterials with two kind nanostructures has been achieved by simply changing react...
