摘    要:供港冰鲜猪肉除加强对活猪注册场的监管和禁限用兽药、非食用添加物的监测外,还必须加强屠宰检验检疫,防止疫病、寄生虫病猪肉流入香港市场,确保供港冰鲜猪肉的质量卫生安全。

Abstract:In addition to strengthening supervision of live pigs of registration,monitoring of prohibited or restricted veterinary drugs and non-food additives,chilled pork supplied to Hong Kong is prescribed to the slaughter inspection and quarantine to prevent disease,parasites pigs meat from enrty into HongKong market and to ensure the quality and safety of chilled pork supplied to HongKong.
